I create game ready models of environmental objects (architectural building sets) and hard surface props. My workflow starts from a concept art or a few reference images, then I create all required models (if possible modular assets), creating efficient UV layouts, afterwards I create PBR textures with Substance tools. Usually I put my assets inside Unity 5 to build out levels and environments testing lighting and materials.
